Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DogPlus pet-concierge service, website, and apps. By booking a walk or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
DogPlus is a pet-concierge service that connects hotel guests with vetted, independent dog walkers. When you book a walk, you authorize a DogPlus walker to take your dog out for the agreed duration and route. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your dog, including its temperament, medical conditions, and any special handling instructions.
2. Bookings and payment
Prices are shown at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; DogPlus does not store your full card details. A booking is confirmed once payment is authorized. Requests to cancel or reschedule should be made as early as possible through your booking; walks cancelled at short notice or after a walker has been dispatched may not be refundable.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that your dog is fit to be walked, is up to date on required vaccinations, and does not pose a known danger to walkers or the public. You must disclose any behavioral issues, medical needs, or medications in advance. You are responsible for ensuring your dog is available for pickup at the agreed time and location.
4. Liability and service limitations
DogPlus facilitates dog-walking services and takes reasonable care to vet its walkers, but it does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not liable for losses that are outside its reasonable control, including those arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide about your dog. Walkers act on the information you supply. Where DogPlus is found liable, its liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
